DEMOLITION PLAN

For this assignment, I used an existing floor plan provided by my professor. With AutoCad I created a 12’-0” opening between the den and dining room. I also changed kitchen cabinets and appliances to the demolition layer to be replaced.

CONSTRUCTION PLAN

From the demolition plan I recreated new kitchen cabinets in AutoCad. I closed off the walls where the opening was made. On this plan I was also to space plan with furniture, using different line weights.

KITCHEN ELEVATIONS

For this assignment, I selected a cabinetry and knob/pull style to recreate in this kitchen in AutoCad. I used proper pen assignments/line weights, correct nomenclature, and layer assignments for this phase of the project. Through line weights, the drawing accurately represents plane changes and hierarchical details.

SECTION DETAILS

For the final part of construction documents, I drew millwork details and manipulated line weights using AutoCad. The detail drawings are all drawn in line, no blocks and they are drawn to scale.
