STAFFER HOME
The Staffer home was a project that involved a series of steps, a mood board, a redesigned floor plan, and two materials board's including an updated floor plan and an elevation. The bubble diagram and adjacency matrix illustrate the new layout that specifically meets the Staffer’s goals concerning human behavior. The mood board is created with foam core and mat board. The floor plan is hand drawn and the materials board is created using InDesign and Photoshop.

The flow of the layout and setup of the Staffer Home was redesigned to fit the Staffer's needs and preferences. Seating was added in the kitchen to support large events as well as an extra dining table beside the kitchen for more room. In the kitchen, all the appliances were updated, and all the cabinetry, countertops, and walls were redone to support the contemporary aesthetic and to be more durable for years to come. Beside the dining table, the wall was taken out to make a large window to allow room for more natural light directly into the kitchen. Outside the two French doors, a deck was built for additional seating for hosting guests and to sit outside while the dogs run around, and kids practice sports.

LUXURY SPA DESIGN
The goal of this project was to create a luxury spa in a residential home that met indoor air quality requirements. The spa was created with materials in mind that have zero VOC’s, are fireproof, water proof, durable, and water saving. The products chosen are aimed to be eco friendly and sustainable for years to come while keeping a high-end look for the client. The floor plan was created using photoshop and the elevation is hand drawn.
